He has once worked as General Manager of Planning Department of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, General Manager of Sinochem International Rubber Company, Executive Assistant General Manager of China Foreign Economy and Trade Trust & Investment Co., Ltd., General Manager of Sinochem Asia Group, Director of Sinochem South Korea Co., Ltd., General Manager of Business Development Department of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, Assistant General Manager of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, a member of the First Board of Directors and General Manager of this Corporation. Now he is a member of Sinochem CCP organization, Leader of Discipline Inspection Group, Secretary of the Party committee and Chief Legal Counsel of Sinochem Group. He is also Chairman of COSCO Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Beijing ChemSunny Property Co., Ltd.

Now he is the chief accountant of Sinochem.

Ltd. And the secretary of the board of directors of Sinochem.
