Born in 1953, Mr. Jiang holds a Master’s Degree from the University of International Business and Economics, majoring in business management. Besides, he is an accountant. He was once Vice General Manager of Finance Department of Sinochem, Director and later Chairman of the company’s first Supervising Committee and Chairman of the second and third Supervising Committee. He is the Chairman of the forth Supervising Committee and General Manager of Audit Department of Sinochem at present.

Born in 1960, Mr. Liu received a Ph.D. from the Renmin University of China, majoring in economics. Besides, he is a senior accountant. He was once Vice General Manager of Finance Department of the former Shanghai Foreign Trade Center of China, Finance Manager of Sinochem International Company Limited (in preparation), Vice General Manger of Auditing Department of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, Vice General Manager and Finance Manager of Femto Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd.. He is now Vice General Manager of the Investment Department of Sinochem.

Born in 1954, she graduated from the Hebei University, majoring in English. She is a senior business specialist. She was once General Manager of the HR Department of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, Assistant President of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, General Manager of Sinochem International Chemicals (Hong Kong) Ltd., and Director of the company’s GM-Office, while concurrently acting as General Manager of the HR Department. She is now Vice-Secretary of the CPC branch of the company, Chairwoman of the trade union and General Manager of the Beijing Branch.
