On 31st of December, Shanghai Municipal Leaders inspected Sinochem International, among whom there are Director of Shanghai People's Congress Standing Committee, Liu Yungeng, Member of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Secretary of Pudong New Area Committee of the CPC, Xu Lin, Deputy Director of Shanghai People's Congress Standing Committee, Chen Hao and Hu Wei, and Secretary-General of Shanghai People's Congress Standing Committee, Yao Mingbao, etc. The Management of Sinochem led by director of board Pan Zhengyi and President Zhang Zenggen received these municipal leaders.
During the meeting, director of board Pan Zhengyi introduced the development of Sinochem International over the past few years, business arrangement in Shanghai and the blueprint in the future; president Zhang Zenggen briefed visitors about the achievements that Sinochem International has recorded since relocating southward to Shanghai, and highlighted the strategic progress of the main businesses and efforts made by Sinochem International to exercise social responsibility and corporate governance.
After the presentations, Liu Yungeng, Xu Lin and other municipal leaders spoke highly of the contributions made by Sinochem Group and Sinochem International to Shanghai and Pudong; furthermore, they stated that Shanghai Municipality and Pudong New Area will provide a better environment and stronger support for the development and prosperity of Sinochem International, in the hope that Sinochem International will make greater contributions to the construction of Financial Center and Shipping Center of Shanghai. |
