(Hainan), the Finance Dept. of this company, its Accounting Dept. and the HQ Finance Dept. He was the assistant to the general manager of Lifeng Industrial Co., Ltd, the deputy general manager of the Finance Dept. of this company, the general manager of Sinochem Shipping Co., Ltd. (Hainan), the general manager of the Finance Dept of this company and the Chief Finance Supervisor.

Now he works as COO, General Manager of Risk Management Department and General Manager of IT Department.

Born in 1964, Mr. Li graduated from Shaanxi Normal University, majoring in biology, received Double Degrees from University of International Business and Economics, majoring in international trade, and later received MBA from Fudan University - BI Norwegian School of Management. He was once assistant lecturer at Taiyuan Institute of Education, principal staff member of Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in Shaanxi province, Vice General Manager of Shaanxi Medicines & Health Products Import & Export Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Shaanxi Chemicals Import & Export Corporation. He joined Sinochem in 2002 and was once Vice Director of GM’s office and General Manager of Agrichemicals Business Center. Now he is Vice General Manager and General Manager of Agrochemical and Chlor-Alkali Center.

Born in 1970, Mr. Yao graduated from China Institute of Finance & Banking and received MBA from BI Norwegian School of Management-Fudan University. He was once the director of the 4th Division of the 2nd Import and Export Dep., Sinochem Plastics Company; Manager of the Natural Rubber Dept., Sinochem International Rubber Business Center; Vice General Manager of Sinochem International Rubber Business Center; General Manager of Sinochem International Yuhualong Trading Company; Vice General Manager and later General Manager of Sinochem International Plastics Business Center; General Manager of Plastics Business Unit, General Manager of Distribution Dep., Chemicals Business Center. He is currently Assistant General Manager of Sinochem International and General Manager of Chemical Business Center.

Having worked for Tianjin Normal University, Motorola (China) Electronics Ltd. and Boeing as a professor, EHS manager and project manager prior to his joining in Sinochem Corporation in April 2005 as the GM of EHS Department. The current position is GM of Investment Projects Management Department.

Born in 1954, she graduated from the Hebei University, majoring in English. She is a senior business specialist. She was once General Manager of the HR Department of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, Assistant President of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, General Manager of Sinochem International Chemicals (Hong Kong) Ltd., and Director of the company’s GM-Office, while concurrently acting as General Manager of the HR Department. She is now Vice-Secretary of the CPC branch of the company, Chairwoman of the trade union and General Manager of the Beijing Branch.

Born in 1974, Mr. Liu graduated from the International Investment Department of the China Institute of Finance & Banking and later received the Master in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics. He began his career in the company in 1998 and was once Company Representative for Securities, Vice Director and later Director of the Office of Board of Directors.
