The SF6800 high-strength grade is used as the reinforcement layer in a flexible composite pipe featuring a corrosion-resistant inner liner, an aramid-wound strengthening layer and a wear-resistant outer layer.
Designed for internal insertion repair of subsea pipelines, the solution can improve installation efficiency by up to five times compared with traditional approaches, while reducing laying costs by nearly 30% and extending service life to up to 25 years.
