Sennics, a subsidiary of Sinochem International, has once again received the highest Platinum rating from corporate social responsibility assessor EcoVadis, placing the company in the top 1% of companies worldwide for the second consecutive time.
Sennics has participated in the EcoVadis assessment nine times since 2013, with its performance steadily improving over the years. The company has advanced from a focus on compliance management to strong performance across the platform’s four core evaluation areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
Chen Hongbo, vice general manager of Sinochem International and chairman of Sennics, said the renewed platinum rating reflects strong recognition of the company’s sustainability strategy and the efforts of its employees. “Sennics will continue working with customers, suppliers and partners to drive green transformation through innovation and contribute Chinese expertise to the high-quality and sustainable development of the global chemical industry,” Chen said.
